An easy calming meditation you can do anywhere

1. Close your eyes
2. Cup your ears with your hands
3. Breathe in and breathe out, slowly
4. Focus on the sound of your breathing
5. Imagine you are on the beach
6. Now visualize peaceful ocean waves gently rolling back and forth towards the shore as you breathe
7. Repeat 3–5 times
