A one-skillet dinner that keeps cleanup to a minimum!

Pork chops
4 pork chops (bone-in)
2 purple onions (thinly sliced)
4 apples (peeled & sliced)
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup water
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
A dash of salt, pepper, cinnamon, Italian seasoning, marjoram, onion powder, paprika, rosemary & sage

Melt half the butter in a skillet to sear the pork chops. Remove them after a few minutes. Add remaining butter to sauté onions and apples. Push them to the sides of the skillet after a few minutes. Return pork chops to the center of the pan. In a bowl add water, mustard, and seasonings. Stir and pour over skillet, cover, and simmer on low for roughly 10 minutes.

Deliciously quick and easy! Enjoy!
