My wife pointed out this sign yesterday, we were lost, and the navigation lady wasn’t helping.

I snapped this picture — as this simple sign made a statement and drove home the point of slowing down so much better than the signs that say “slow down.”

But, this approach could be used in other areas.

Litter in our State and National Parks.

How about a sign that says, “Treat the Park Like Your Backyard.”

People do drive way too fast in residential areas.

  • 177 Children killed in 2020 as pedestrians
  • 48 Children killed on a bicycle.

And many more are injured.

A young lad on a skateboard was going too fast down a driveway on a hill and ran right out in front of me; he could not stop.

I was driving slowly and was able to stop. But it scared me to death.
