September Is A Special Month Despite Our Traveling

Last year, we went to Europe in September on our first river cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam with Viking Cruises. This year we are headed to Ireland soon. I cannot wait to see what that trip has in store for us.
But, as September rolls around, it is a special time for family. Two of our sons were born in early September. Both of their aunts were born in the middle of this month. One of our sons with a September birthday has a girlfriend whose birthday is the day before.
September is a time of change and transition. Schools start. Leaves fall. The forest changes from green to yellow, orange, and red. Friends are made and some are lost. Adventures await those who pursue dreams in the working world or college.
Special times, indeed!
