Also called Shavasana.
- Find a place where you can lay down comfortably without being interrupted.
- Lay on your back. Let your legs and feet separate naturally. Let your arms relax at your sides.
- If you wish, you may close your eyes
- Allow yourself to rest, knowing that the ground is supporting you.
- You don’t have to fall asleep. Just give your mind and body a chance to let go of tension and reduce your mental and physical stress.
- After two minutes, you may gently move again and continue with your day.
Feel free to teach this to kids you know and have them join you.
