I shared an old story with a fellow writer who hadn’t read it when I first wrote it. I understand — you can’t read everything. But when I pointed out we had been to the same village, he read my story. I thought it might earn me a few cents.
On delving deeper into stats on that particular story, I learned his reading my story had earned me a whopping $1.34.
A pointer: Only share stories you are proud of that people haven’t read.
