Slider Sunday

A great meal for guests!

Today my daughter and son-in-law made “sliders”. It was a joint effort. Keeley slow-cooked the beef brisket for 10 hours in a delicious homemade smoky barbecue sauce and Carl assembled the sliders — little brioche buns, his signature coleslaw, pickles and the pulled beef. Yum!

They made 30 sliders. His mum, sister and brother-in-law were expected for lunch. They didn’t come. Yes, you guessed it — the three of us ate them all! In our defence, it took us all afternoon.
