Hello, Monday! Does the week ahead make you groan?

Then each time you feel the need for a break, practice the square breathing technique.

  • Begin by breathing in for four seconds.
  • Hold your breath for four seconds.
  • Breathe out for four seconds.
  • That’s inhale four seconds, hold four seconds, exhale four seconds.
  • Repeat this four times.

Do it now, please. Then smile.
