Hello, Monday! Does the week ahead make you groan?
Then each time you feel the need for a break, practice the square breathing technique.
- Begin by breathing in for four seconds.
- Hold your breath for four seconds.
- Breathe out for four seconds.
- That’s inhale four seconds, hold four seconds, exhale four seconds.
- Repeat this four times.
