Starkist Lunch To Go
Fast, transportable, and tasty
I picked this up in California on my recent cat-transport journey. I wasn’t sure if we’d have time to eat between flights.
We did, so this came home in my luggage. But it made a great light dinner a few nights later when my husband was having leftovers.
The tuna is dry-packed in foil, so there’s no draining required. They include a packet of light mayonnaise and a packet of sweet relish. But it’s up to you how much (if any) of each to add. You mix it all together in the provided plastic tray. Then, you make open-faced or closed “sandwiches” with the crackers. (They are unbranded “butter crackers”, like Ritz crackers.)
One meal consists of 260 calories. Everything needed to mix, serve, and eat is included in the package.
I should have stocked up.
