Being aware of body sensations is a core aspect of mindfulness. Here’s a fun way to cultivate it.
You can do this with your friends, family, kids, or anyone ready to join you in the game.
Just wiggle, dance, move around
Designate someone to say “Freeze”
Everyone freezes.
Take a moment to notice how your body feels.
Is there tingling? Warmth? Shaking? What?
Repeat 2–3 times.
