There’s one thing I like more than margaritas; and that is interesting twists and variations on the concept of a margarita. I will share with you my favourite- a cocktail invented by yours truly, that I entirely fell in love with. Call it margarita with an Italian twist, perhaps?

You will need:

• 50 ml good quality tequila
• 50 ml lemon juice
