Today's meal is a not-quite-cabbage rolls toss-about. A toss-about is like a stir-fry. I never had a wok but had a cast-iron skillet.
I think someone came up with skillet dinners, but I’m not about to change the name of what I’ve done for (73–19=54) 54 years.
