“I’m not a chef. But I’m passionate about food – the tradition of it, cooking it, and sharing it.”

– Zac Posen

Jam-making methods began some 2.6 million years ago, becoming the earliest ways of preserving food.

Tomato Marmalade
5 medium tomatoes (roughly chopped)
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
A dash of salt and pepper

First, you need self-control not to eat the whole jar at once – also, your favorite glass jar with a lid.

Next, bring ingredients to a boil in a pot while stirring continuously for 2 minutes. Turn down the heat to simmer for 25 minutes covered while stirring occasionally. Cool and store in the fridge!

It’s great on anything! Enjoy!
