3-Week Yoga Challenge: Day 1

In this first week, we are exploring:
– How do desires, affirmations and positive thinking affect our state of being?
– We will be practicing yin yoga with affirmations.
– Kundalini yoga kriyas relevant to each topic.
– The practice of meditation and its impact on our subconscious.
We were encouraged to set a personal goal, my motivation being to set up a daily practice and commit.
I loved the yin yoga. Felt uncomfortable with the affirmation. Struggled through the kundalini yoga kriyas and was overwhelmed by the meditation.
