Weed Your Garden, Weed Your Mind

Get rid of negative thoughts and procrastination

Have a garden? Spend 30 minutes weeding it. As you do this, imagine weeding out negative thoughts from your mind.

No garden? No problem. Just walk around your yard.

No yard? Use this as a mental exercise during meditation.

Affirm that with every weed you pull, you are making room for motivation and inspiration to enter your life.

When done, look at the (imaginary) pile of weeds. Feel great about removing them from your life as you dump them into the trash.

Then go about your day.

Do you feel lighter and less burdened?

Repeat as often as you like.
