What Colors Do You See?
An easy mindfulness exercise.
Today, when you step out, look around you. What colors do you see?
Pay attention to the hues of nature. Blue sky? White/gray clouds?
If you see trees, notice the shades of green.
Appreciate the colors of nature.
If you have a garden, tune in to your senses as you go about mowing the lawn, handle the soil, weed the flowerbeds . . . or simply sit and enjoy the beauty around you.
No garden? Walk to a park nearby and notice the greenery, flowers, their colors, textures, and fragrance.
Notice the pebbles, the grass. Enjoy their uniqueness.
Nature’s beauty is everywhere. Just pay attention.
