How are you feeling right now?

Stormy? Breezy? Sunny? Stuffy? Foggy? Rainy? Windy? Cloudy? Freezing?

Whatever it is, don’t try to change right away. Allow it to develop and change naturally.

Do this:

Straighten up
Take a few deep breaths
Become aware of which parts of your body feel the tension
Consciously relax as you breathe out
As you breathe out, release your pain, your worries, fears, regrets . . .
Imagine them dissolving like smoke
Breathe in the energy of life
Repeat until you feel at peace
