Yoga Toes and Finger Yoga

Yoga used to mean contorting your body into specific pretzel shapes. Now, however, it seems to be used to mean any sort of slow, gentle, purposeful movement.

After my plantar fasciitis, I was prone to stabbing pains between my first two toes. Was I developing a bunion? I asked my best friend, who’d had a bunion.
