You don’t deserve me as your customer

Someone called me today to remind me that my car insurance is about to expire and needs to be renewed.

I told her that I had already contacted the broker who handled the insurance procedures for me last year and that he would help me with the renewal for the next year.

She was very upset to say that the broker had left the company and he shouldn’t have taken the company’s clients away.
