Exercise

Some pull-ups, push-ups, crunches. Nothing fancy.

Breakfast

Nothing.

Lunch

Nothing.

Dinner

A burger and grilled eggplant. It was great.

Notes:

Really seeing some definition/contours around the mid-riff. Also in general, areas where before were pretty soft/baby-fatty are now becoming much more rock solid.
