Breakfast

Nothing.

Nada.

Dinner

6 egg whites, lentil soup, ground bison, steak, chicken breast, sauteed onions and tomatoes, 1/2 of a whole wheat pita, diet 7-Up.

And a handful of almonds.

Notes:

After this past weekend’s nuclear fallout, getting back into the groove of things feels great — clean and energizing. Going forward, I plan to start posting photos of the ketone urinalysis test I’ve been taking daily. Nothing else to report other than I need to change up my Seamless dinner choice. It’s a little too meathead-y for me.
