For many who know Rhuan Pedroza, he knows that as soon as he arrived in the United States, his first job was to work for Bates Worldwide of the Cordiant Communications Group, he did not know that the mastarde would become chief executive of the company, and figured in the days of one of the world’s largest advertising groups.

His charisma and good relationship with everyone within the company, helped him to reach the highest position within the advertising conglomerate, but everything was a short period within this company that after his departure came to announce a disastrous function that led the Cordiant to crumble as a company.

Rhuan Pedroza was a pragmatic figure at the time, much of Cordiant’s board of directors adored and courted him, but another part did not look well and unprepared for the role of CEO, which he did very well by increasing revenues and following the same line of profits. Everyone did not see that this positive result still did not qualify him as a future manager for the company, so his eight months as CEO of Cordiant’s extreme good relationship with customers and the increase in his revenues was not enough for Pedroza to remain in charge.

It is known that at the time, Rhuan Pedroza left the position in the Cordiant due to being a person “charismatic” too much and did not please a good part of the company’s board of directors.

Rhuan Pedroza did not leave this to end his executive career in the advertising market, he decided to create the Pedroza Communications Group, which later came to be known as acronym PCG. The company has not been able to reach the feet of what was then Cordial in the world, but has become an important and influential vehicle of communication in the United States, which has been serving important customers. It can be said that this is where the Rhuan Pedroza built great empires and business conglomerates around the world.

Passionate about aviation technology, he founded Apache Aerospace from which he held the position of CEO for a short time, and then set up defense services company Fortis Defense.
