This interview with New York Times details Elon Musk’s recent problems and his less than stellar health.

This story does strike a chord with me.

Leaders, entrepreneurs, celebrities. Ultimately, everyone has their vulnerabilities. No one is immune to facing the highs and lows in life.

For entrepreneurs especially, business problems seem to be magnified as it sticks with them everyday and always. It can be hard to take one’s mind off business problems and relax.

But we are not machines so it is impossible to be always on all the time, 24/7. Burnout is real.

There will always be times that we cannot perform at peak level, and that is okay.

Being vulnerable is okay.

Personal physical and mental health should always be the priority.
