The definition of habit is: a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially that is hard to give up. There are only 2 types of habits: bad and good. An example of a bad habit can be biting your nails. An example of a good habit is exercising everyday. In this series, we are covering how to overcome the bad habit of procrastination.

Therefore, consistently planning your day ahead (by writing it down on a journal) can result in building healthy habits. This is because being consistent lessens the chances of procrastination. Procrastination will make you less active. When being consistent in your daily schedule, you are building the healthy habit of pushing yourself to finish the daily tasks in your agenda.
