We all want to become the best version of ourselves, but few of us achieve it. Because we are our own worst enemies when it comes to achieving success, pursuing our dreams, and living a life full of passion and purpose.

Some of us are self-destructive without realizing it, and others are aware of it, but many of us lack the tools and knowledge to improve our version. But no matter who you are, there are core habits that continually get in the way of people being successful.

We must bear in mind that our best version is not because of a book that says how we should be, it is challenging ourselves to improve those things that do not make us happy, without judging ourselves, just trying to improve a little every day.

Generally, your best self means taking control of your life. When you make the decisions, you become more powerful to make decisions towards your happiness. More than that, remember that your best self doesn’t always mean winning. All areas of your life cannot turn out the way you want.

Your motivation involves the reasons you have for wanting to become your best self. If you begin your journey toward self-improvement without clearly knowing your motivations, you may lose track of why you’re making an effort to improve in the first place. But it is not only finding motivation, you also have to have discipline, it is a combination of both, I have always heard that when motivation is not enough, discipline is what will save you.

That is why the main thing is to know what motivates you and apply discipline to that motivation, so that progress is not lost.
