Adjusting your mindset will help you be steady in your daily routine. Building a new routine is hard. But we do it in order to build healthy habits/lifestyle. Taking mental baby steps through the process of being consistent is the way to also be mentally ready to fully be consistent in the long term process. There will be times where you make a mistake by procrastinating or missing a task in your daily schedule. But that is completely okay- it takes time to adjust.

While building daily schedule, your life isn’t going to instantly change and be healthy out of nowhere. You have to put effort and work into it. Only YOU can make that happen. Only you can make that change to your life.
