There are many Disney tips that are good to know before going to a Disney Park. Arriving early for parking, prepare for lots of walking and heat (if its summer), food is expensive, magic bands can be helpful and getting good seats for events.

Arriving early to a Disney Park is something you should do as it can get hectic to park, ticket booths are crowded, and you can also avoid traffic. Don’t ruin your magical day by sleeping in and then having to waste your time in traffic or making lines. Staying hydrated is important especially on hot days, you can bring your own snacks and water bottles to Disney which is a smart choice not only because of that but Disney food is also expensive.

Magic bands can be helpful since you can reserve 3 rides for a certain time mean while riding other rides with shorter time limits although if you aren’t in time for the ride, you’ve reserved then it will no longer be available. Magic bands benefit is also that the band serves as your ticket to any Disney Park you want to visit. No need to worry about holding several different tickets for each park! Magic Bands aren’t required but they do make things a little easier.

When the park is crowded, it is recommended to save your spot at least 30 to 50 minutes before an event starts. For example, the Cinderella castle lighting show is a very well-known popular show that will have guests marking their spots waiting for at least one hour before the show.

There are various tips to know before going to a Disney Park, but these are the main ones that I think are important to know.
