Patience is key to controlling anger. Like me, I know there are people who struggle with anger issues- it can easily hurt relationships. It can build a bad reputation and image around you. That’s why I’m writing this atomic essay for people who struggle with this. Being patient and taking time off is how you can lessen your anger issues.

When it comes to situations that you are not pleased with, my advice is to take a step back and ask the person you’re with- for some space. Use that distant time to recollect yourself until you speak to that person again. Think before you speak. When your mind is in a state of frustration, you will be doing or saying things that are hurtful. All of this process takes patience, and perhaps the situation that you’re put in also takes patience to get over with the person you’re with.
