One Baston Lincs

As a balance to the previous exemplar I have chosen a fee paying school I know little about under a different educational system. Tempted as I was to choose somewhere exotic I have decided on a small town in commute range of London.

Kirkstone House is a 3–18 independent school in an ever growing community. Its nearest primary is a church school though there are excellent roads and public transport to others further afield. The question is what would entice middle England from its Hogwarts-on-the-fen existence into the external environs.

Again the inter-school route seems potentially fruitful: digressing through the civic centre would highlight the church/pub/shop/biz/sports area... Is this going to be a winner with teachers, parents and never mind privateers. In comparison with the previous school scenario I just feel that there is possibly no overwhelming (local) competitive motivation for Kirkstone — they still need the potential marketing PR though.

The key is thus a catapult type project to excite … what about geocaching.

To conclude I wonder where the signature authority resides. Is it with the Head or some higher authority.
