It is true about what you said most people just ask for advice, but not really do anyhing about it. After they have received valuable advice from the person asked.

I can relate to this because I am one of those poeple 😢😭

I don’t want to be that person anymore but at the same time i don’t know how to stop it.

I have an idea of how many i can stop it so i am going to try that

• I am actually going to listen instead of just hear
• Im going to sound record it. (If live) screen shot, to keep it pluged in to my memory
• Write it down on paper
• Go over it a few minutes a day or when ever i need it

This is my idea that will help me succeed.
