Actee - Living in Gankers Paradise.
A child labor mining camp set up in the system Actee by Aideron Robotics has recently come to the attention of Code and Mini Luv. The growing community of miners living within the high-security island system have been hiding from pirates and gankers for months now. Aideron Robotics, who are on the Sisters of Eve’s list of top corporations committing human rights abuses, have organized a scam in which they recruit new pilots for the purpose of fueling their highly lucrative capital ship sweatshop.
Sadly, corporation leaders getting rich through the exploitation of new players is not a new occurrence in New Eden.
The Life Death Life Cycle is the spiritual force at the centre of New Eden. Pilots who are neglected and abused by corporation leaders, stray from the Life Death Life Cycle. Their life becomes a slow death with no hope of rebirth. Without an intervention they are lost from New Eden forever.
Whenever new pilots are abused like this, denied an education, and held back from reaching their full potential in New Eden, the spiritual forces of New Eden conspire to make sure that justice is served, and the dying are reborn with a new revelation of their potential.
Rumors in Actee
The local spaceport bar in Actee has been awash with rumours for the last two weeks. It is said that the Ghost of James 315 has been heard whispering in Actee local “The bot-aspirants must submit to the New Halaima Code.”
Some local miners scoffed at the reports of James 315, saying that Code only ganks freighters, and that Code doesn’t believe in salvation at all, and rather, are just cheap gankers. It remains to be seen how many are still loyal to the dream of a “liberated high-sec”, and how many gankers have strayed from said dream to pursue their own self indulgent profits.
James 315 believed in a dream of a new New Eden, one free of bot aspirant miners. Will his dream die with him? Or will his martyrdom be the catalyst of holy revival in high sec.
Early respondents to the scene in Actee say that the ganking is occurring at terrifying levels of frequency. “Definitely worth a day trip, and easily enough content for a week of ganking.” Gankers from around New Eden are rushing to Actee to get in on the Juicy kills.
An agent of Code told reporters :
“Neglected new pilots often fall into a cycle of low self esteem. They need the tough love of a gank to get them out of the rut of mediocrity. It is this push in the right direction that can open their eyes to the limiting belief systems that they allow to hold them down. It is our hope that with an intervention and a referral to a rehab that these neglected pilots will be able to reach their full potential. Current referrals for rehabilitation are going to the Black Shark Cult low sec PvP training school, where they can unlock the full potential of their destiny.
With humanitarian efforts such as these, Actee could very well be the birthplace of a New Code, a second testament, The New Actee Code.

Unraveling the conspiracy
In related news, reports from within Mini Luv say that The Black Hand intelligence agency has been tracking minerals from the Actee child labour mining camp. Evidence shows large shipments arriving in the Capital Ship Sweatshop Azbel next door in Fliet.
Sources within Aideron Robotics report up to 25 billion isk worth of capital ships are currently under construction in the Fliet Capital Sweatshop Azbel.
While Actee is known as “Gankers Paradise”. Fliet next door is Paradise for another kind of Ganker. Predatory Pirate alliances have noted the unusual concentration of citadels and Engineering Complexes in Fliet. The first predator to take a bite found the taste quite satisfying. Expecting a 5 billion ISK Azbel kill, Project Mayhem tore into an additional 25 billion isk worth of unborn capital ships.
Aideron Robotics have a long history as a capital ship producer in Fliet. Reports from within the organisation have leaders bragging about the profits they are making in "Fortress Fliet."
Local pirates are questioning how much of a fortress it is when Aideron Robotics can only seem to field a 15 man Gnosis fleet and a pair of carriers to defend upwards of 30 billion ISK tied up in the structure.
Even with allied assistance, the only defense they could muster for the second timer of the last standing Fliet Azbel was 25 tornados. The third timer gave the pirates a whopping 60 billion ISK of ship kills on top of the 30 billion Azbel.
With Aiderons’ stated goal of seizing Shadow Cartel POCOs in Deven, bookies are now taking bets as to which pirate alliance will be the first to gobble up the juicy 30 billion ISK kill mail in Fliet.
Needless to say, these events raise some serious questions. Will Project Mayhem be back for round 2? Will Shadow Cartel make a preemptive strike as a lesson for all who make public plans of challenging their POCO empire, or has the loss of Paquito led small militia groups to believe there will be no consequence if they threaten Shadow Cartel assets? Are Waffles really the content-chasing pirates they claim to be, or are they keeping blues because they are on the payroll of rich veterans within the Gallente militia?
These questions and more will be answered with force by the first group to gobble up the lightly defended loot piñata in Fliet.
