Gal Mil under the reign of their Toxic King Roy Joffery have controlled a massive domain under the institution of a territory holding nation state. For three years their military was dominant in both infantry (plex fighters) and naval forces (strategic battle fleets).

Backed by this military might the Galmil nation state grew large and prosperous. The safe cities (staging systems) and plentiful income streams provided a fertile ground for corporations to grow and expand. Galmil had won the war and their identity became entwined with thier status as winners.

Needing to continue to win, to maintain their sense of identity Galmil attacked increasing weaker targets. Toxic Roy Joffery especially enjoyed shooting fish in a barrel and frequency went past the local school (eve uni) to shoot the young students.

Shooting students served two purposes. Firstly it made him feel like a winner, secondly it removed potential future threats to his power. Roy Joffrey had heard a prophecy that a young student would one day rise up and overthrow his kingdom. Terrified of the prophecy Roy outlawed education, and proceeded to suppress the young and make sure that they never learnt to be more than f1 pushing minions.

Roy Joffery sent his servant Ashterothi to set up a school to turn young students into F1 pushing robots. The young Galmil students were trained never to think for themselves, never to question thier leader and to wait for one of the King’s authorised lieutenants (fleet commanders) before they left the city to search for battle.

King Roy’s determination that he must win at all costs led him to feel inadequate around rising galmil corporation leader Tek Stalker. He demanded Tek submit to him and serve him. When Tek would not bend the knee and asked for equality, Roy plunged Galmil into a civil war.

Piece by piece the leaders and lieutenants were attacked or driven away by Roy Joffery’s demands for recognition, and his love of abuse. Galmil was being consumed from within by a toxic cancer.

With independent leaders being driven away and new students being barred from an independent education, the once mighty Galmil military force became an army of terrified robots led by King Roy and his few remaining loyalists.

This weak and crumbling nation was slowly torn to pieces by guerilla insurgents from Calmil. Calmil began to establish a nation state of thier own, complete with naval forces. The Calmil navy and insurgents drove back Galmil in a sieres of violent battles. The Galmil nation state began to collapse. Galmil lost their fertile farmlands and with it their income. The Calmil navy have reached the walls of the few remaining Galmil cities, and insurgent infantry is conquering the rich farmlands one field at a time.

For the time being Galmil is able to hold off the invading navy, but only with the assistantance of the nomadic pirate lords. Galmil infantry despite being more numerous has been trained to be unskilled, and due to this it is repeatedly loosing fields even when outnumbering the enemy 3 to 1.

The real test will come when the nomadic pirate lords begin thier next pilgrimage to nullsec for blood and glory. Without the pirate lords, the Galmil naval fleet will be 1/6th of what it has been in recent battles.

Cultural change.

How will Galmil handle the revelation that they are no longer winners. Will they be able to change and adapt to take on the concept of humility. Will Galmil remain intact when the last city falls. Will the Galmil fear of failure lead the few remaining Galmil lieutenants to search for the life of a victor in the depth of null sec, or will they survive the greatest test of organisational strength, the transition to homeless insurgency.

As the date of the next pirate lord pilgrimage approaches, the end is nigh for Galmil as a territory holding nation state. Will Galmil pride survive a retreat to high sec, only time will tell.
