Stop Pretending The Ongoing Low-Level Sadness Is Not There
There I was, a pharmacist… Life was supposed to be happy and fulfilling and altogether abundant…
But I felt like I had built my life on the wrong foundation…
And it was draining & suffocating me! I had the appearance of confidence & success but none of the peace, fulfilment or freedom.
This was not the way life was supposed to feel…
I had expected to be so much further along in life, at this point. I felt disappointed in myself because I knew I was capable of more but I just could not seem to get it together to bring my big ideas to life.
I felt trapped and I wanted the freedom to transition fully into the person I KNEW I was meant to be, doing the work I loved & felt called to do — coaching and healing others
But years of conforming, of passivity, of trying (and failing) to be all things to all people, of feeling guilty for being myself, of forever feeling ‘not enough’ and ‘not worthy’, were difficult to shake…(And despite my ‘great’ pharmacist income, I was STILL so financially restricted. It felt like the more I made, the less I had!)
FINALLY, I hit the rockbottom of bankruptcy and depression.
FINALLY, I woke up to the fact that most of my relationships were energy-draining so I was not able to focus consistently on becoming the peaceful, purposeful & prosperous person I wanted to be.
FINALLY, I realised that I had to take dominion back in my own life & DELIBERATELY CREATE the profitable spiritual business & financially-abundant, free & fulfilled life I wanted as it would not ‘just happen’!
