We are too busy, if not with work then with family or friends. We are running after work, connections, competition, improvement, and what not?
Do you remember when the last time you paused was? In short, took a break.
We are so ahead that stopping seems like a failure. But, What about the self-checks you need?
Running, Running, Running, Is that enough?
But why are we running?
For improvement? You have your whole life for that. Ain’t we improve little by little in every bit?
For competition? You will have competition throughout your life. It’s not going anywhere.
For connections? In our whole life, we make connections. You can always make one or more.
So, take a pause (maybe a short one)
Breathe.
