Aston Martin plans to open luxury highrise residences in Miami in 2021
The legendary British automotive company will bring its unique design aesthetic to this luxury 66 story, 390 unit tower at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way.
Aston Martin’s iconic sail-shaped highrise, designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Mian Anger, overlooks Miami’s Biscayne Bay and offers sweeping views, premium amenities and sumptuous design aesthetics. The 1.25 acre site will be developed by G and G Business Developments, the real estate arm of Argentina’s Coto family.
Sales offices open in the Spring of 2017, the company will offer 390 luxury condominiums of one to four bedroom residences. Premium buyers may also be interested in the seven high-end penthouses, or the two exclusive duplex penthouses, each with their own private pools and scenic terraces.
Distinguished residents will certainly appreciate the fine attention to detail in the interior spaces, with custom designed finishes and materials reflected in the architectural details rooted in craftsmanship in Aston Martin’s vehicles, like the gorgeous metal door handles and kestral tan stitched leather details found in the Vanquish or the Vantage supercars.
Key common areas planned include spacious terraces and two stunning lobbies decorated with sleek, modern furniture inspired by the company’s halo line. Luxury amenities planned for the community include an infinity pool on the 55th floor, a two-story fitness center with views of the bay, screening room, and luxury spa. The community also offers a British style club and easy access to Biscayne Bay via a private marina, truly fit for 007 himself.¢
