Bringing a Fresh Perspective to Images
Engaging the viewer in a dreamlike world through visual art is a powerful way to reach the viewer’s imagination and emotions.
As a child, I loved creating collages with cutout pictures from magazines. Combining different colors, textures, and other designs was so much fun. I remember getting lost in my world!
I still like creating dreamlike collages, but now I use my photographs in digital format bringing a fresh and unique perspective to otherwise not-so-interesting images.
I like to blur the line between reality and fantasy by juxtaposing different unexpected elements, such as textures, plants, animals, water, altering color, and anything else that will help transform the atmosphere from the original photograph.
