I had a real come-to-Jesus moment over my family research this week.

When you run up against inevitable roadblocks or relatives trying to stymie your progress for their own selfish reasons, you tend to question “what you know.” You start second-guessing the most obvious answers and somehow convince yourself that the story is far more complicated than it is.

I had to go Full Stop this week and let the realities help me hone in on what are likely my truths.
