I’m Thankful For Many Blessings

1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NKJV) “in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

There are always many things to be grateful for this time of year. I challenge you to make your own acrostic poem.

I used the word BLESSINGS for mine to show what I’m thankful for this Thanksgiving season.

Bible — it’s God’s love letter to us. We get to know God by reading it. He speaks to us through it.

Love — the unconditional kind of love that is given freely by God. We need to give that same love to others.

Emotions — the ability to feel happy, excited, etc. make life full of joy.

Spirit — thankful the Holy Spirit teaches me the important things of God.

Saving Grace — we would be destined for hell without it.

Inner peace — it comes when our sins are forgiven, and we are His child forever.

Nature — God created a beautiful universe that still holds secrets.

Giggles — laughter is good medicine for life.

Security — God gives us eternal security. Our hope is heaven.
