This Dundonian Life, Dundee Culture’s flagship podcast, will be returning later this year, it has been confirmed.

The podcast which launched in 2021, has been listened to by thousands of people and is presented by Andrew Batchelor who runs Dundee Culture with a focus on the ‘slice of life’ in Dundee.

Speaking about the next series of the podcast, Andrew said:

I am excited to get my hands back on the mic again to talk about Dundee and the amazing things happening in the city and my own take on them. The podcast has been so fun to make, and it is great to be back once again.

The new series will be different from the first when it comes to the format with it becoming more of a ‘commentary’ on events going on in Dundee and having interviews with people from across the city and beyond rather than a story narrative although that will still play an element.

New episodes of ‘This Dundonian Life’ will be released later in the year on Sounder Player and Spotify.
