Candor was a man that was very frank. He did not care what people thought. Candor saw the world changing. Nobody wanted truth anymore, and when he spoke, nothing but truth came from his lips. Candor told a spiritual truth. His father named him when he was born. Candor’s name means truth, and to everyone that he spoke to, he gave them truth. However, he made some enemies. Candor didn’t have very many friends and it was all because he was too real.

Sometimes Candor felt very afraid because he knew he was living in a bizarre and dangerous world. He often felt that he needed to go underground, because being out in the open above ground speaking so much truth, he felt his life would end. Candor understood the word of God. That made him understand man and the world. He felt that it was very dangerous to be a Christian and to have the kind of knowledge that he had. Candor did not want to be like the martyrs. Sometimes he was very open, and sometimes he stayed quite and private. Candor sometimes hid in the shadows. He did not believe in joining religions, clubs, and groups. Candor did not like rules, and he liked coming and going whenever he got ready. He loved freedom and always felt that he would die behind bars. Candor knew that the best thing for him to do was to keep silent. He saw many men slaughtered and killed in the streets because they were becoming leaders, and they knew and spoke too much. People were beginning to notice Candor, and that’s when he began to lay low. He did not believe in getting caught up in worldly affairs and fighting against things he knew only God could change. Plots and conspiracies never seemed important to him.
