Edge Bellavista: coming soon
It’s official. In April we are opening a new cowork in Bellavista.
Edge Bellavista is located in the center of Barrio Bellavista, a bohemian neighborhood rich with artists, entertainers and a vibrant nightlife. Situated directly in front of Patio Bellavista, you will be working on the doorstep of some of the best eating places in Santiago.
Access is easy with connected bike paths and the Metro station Baquedano just a few minutes walk away.
Edge Bellavista can be found in a restored colonial house with breathtaking high ceilings and mosaic floors.

Formerly it was known as Bar Constitución. A famous bar with a lot of history. The house was a little beat up when we took over (far too many years of fiesta for such an antique building) but our renovation and restoration teams are working hard as we speak.
Here’s a sneak peak
We recycle everything! This wall was created from scrap demolition wood from different parts of the house.
Edge Bellavista is a single floor that stretches out with various work zones. The first zone will include a reception, coffee bar, and a modular working space that will also be used to hold events. The second zone will include meeting rooms, phone booths, Hot and Dedicated Desks and an outdoor patio to get some fresh air or enjoy lunch. The third zone will contain private offices.
When finished, Edge Bellavista will have a similar look and feel to our first space located in El Golf.
