They say the healing medicine of the future will be about energy healing. I say we’re in the future NOW. One of my purposes here in this particular time is to give my understanding about energy vampires, to empaths who are unknowingly being fed on.
And hope they’re absorbing my teachings on how to protect themselves.
The intentional theft of your energy by energy vampires can be so subtle, it can even feel for a time you’re being given energy, as they turn their eyes and attention upon you.
Seeming to flatter, feed your ego a little, or touch your heart in some way. And as you get a small hit of energy — YOU then give back - a LOT - through your attention and emotional reaction.
You give freely of your own life energy - and it’s taken freely.
