This requires that marketers answer their needs in the moment, whenever and wherever they are. They must make their content or pages easily accessible and ready for anyone to browse with ease.

A big idea they need to realize is that social media is becoming a buying platform, especially for millennia, of which 87% admitted to never being without their smartphone. More importantly, 14% wouldn’t do business with a company that doesn’t have a mobile site or app. Almost 80% say their social media impacts their buying habits and 71% of them are likely to purchase an item based on social media referrals. These numbers are astronomical when growing a business and creating revenue. People like to shop on social media for two main reasons, they feel extremely safe when shopping with numbers of other surrounded by them and buyers are naturally suspicious so when selling on social media, they have tons of customers to convince the buyer and back up their product.
