Importance of Testimonials in Onboarding

Accepting an offer is not the final process, we are still looking for more. We are looking for validation. Similar to the post-purchase dissonance we feel after we make a purchase of something substantial.

Similarly, post offer acceptance we need validation that we have made the right choice. The right choice as a next step in our careers.
