I have been left with a bitter taste when I have made mistakes. I have noticed that mostly, these errors were because of my prejudices.

One crucial feature of our daily life is deciding on which our present or future depends.

All our decisions are based on our religion or deep beliefs, how we perceive the world, and our most personal feelings and thoughts. Our thoughts are often strongly driven by what psychologists have described as cognitive biases.

All individuals develop these cognitive biases without noticing them. They are authentic drivers capable of radically changing how we perceive things, altering our personal, academic, or professional decisions.

I remember being asked to take part in a workgroup activity when starting my career. The group was a mix of young and experienced colleagues, and I automatically assumed it would be less productive because of the inexperienced members in the group.
