Before 2022 started, lists of most anticipated books seemed to appear everywhere and I bookmarked all of them. I love these lists more than you know.

As a reader of mysteries, thrillers, literary fiction, historical fiction, and narrative non-fiction, here are the five books published (or to-be published) in September 2022 that I am most excited to read.

Note: I will surely miss several books on this list. There are too many to name them all. Add other upcoming books in the Comments!

Publication Date: September 6, 2022

Genre: Nonfiction

As Fisher demonstrates, the companies’ founding tenets, combined with a blinkered focus maximizing engagement, have led to a destabilized world for everyone.”

2. How Not to Drown in a Glass of Water by Angie Cruz

Publication date: September 13, 2022

Genre: Literary Fiction

Author of the award winning Dominicana, Angie Cruz’s newest novel, How Not to Drown in a Glass of Water, is sure to be another fan favorite of the year. Judging from how many lists this…
