On this Holocaust Remembrance Day (Yom Hashoah) President Donald Trump has promised to help combat anti-Semitism, Holocaust denialism and to defend Israel.

In a speech made at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington D.C., Trump has pledged to to stop prejudice. “As president of the United States, I will always stand with the Jewish people–and I will always stand with out great friend and partner, the State of Israel.”

The speech Trump made on Yom Hashoah is much different from the statement the White House put out on the first week of office for the International Holocaust Remembrance Day when they neglected to mention Jews.
