Your distributor meets are the one time in the year where you get to meet with people actually bringing in 80% of your business. As with any event, the company which pampers and gives their dealers and marketing intermediaries the maximum value as against that offered by the competitors are the ones who get ahead.

From your perspective, you need to calculate ROI based on what topics you can fit in to the 2 day or 3 day time frame which you are investing to bring all your distributors to one place. Obviously, you would like to balance it out and not inundate your attendees with content, content and more content.
