It is time to raise your voice. Show your Pride.

While we have come a long way since the riots in 1969, stigma and discrimination against people for their sexual identity, gender identity, or sexual orientation is still a present issue in our societies.

Modern Academia is more diverse than ever before. But there is still a long path to an inclusive and equal-chances Academia.

LGBTQIA+ people still do not fully enjoy the same rights and privileges as their straight counterparts. Many studies show how LGBTQIA+ Academics — and individuals — are more vulnerable to employment…
